For Each Wild Life
Who We Are
Shalom Wildlife Hospital values each wild life. Greater than 95% of wild animals presented to rehabilitation centers are injured or orphaned by human activities such as window strikes, collisions with cars, or attacks by domestic animals. At Shalom Wildlife Hospital, we believe that providing medical care to animals harmed by human activities is our civic duty. With compassion, medical excellence, and community engagement we strive to heal each patient, and release them back into their home. This is why we are Shalom Wildlife Hospital; Shalom is peace, restoration, and wholeness.
I’ve found an animal. Now what?

Volunteer Interest Form:
Volunteering might look like feeding a baby squirrel, medicating a rabbit, cleaning an opossum’s enclosure, transporting a bird to a larger center, or escorting a turtle back to the pond where they were initially found. Or volunteering might be tailored to your background and strengths. If you’re a birder, a photographer, a fundraising genius or a social media guru then let’s connect!
